THE DIARY OF VIRGINIA WOOLF — Complete in five volumes

“Although Leonard Woolf edited a useful selection of Virginia Woolf’s diaries in the 1950s, the complete diaries had to wait another twenty years and more for publication, but were worth the wait. “I stick by the old heresy, that Woolf’s diary is her greatest achievement. An enthrallingly uncensored portrait of a brilliantly perceptive mind as it moves through a fascinating world in complex times” (Alan Hollinghurst)
