First edition. – The book “Klütterkammer” documents the exhibition of the same name, which was shown in 2004 at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. For this purpose, John Bock designed a personal exhibition concept in order to present his artistic preferences in improvised rooms. The book presents itself as a personal sketchbook or notebook. Photos of the exhibition architecture and the works of 35 artists are on display, as well as numerous accompanying drawings by John Bock, which illustrate his ideas for the “Klütterkammer”. The middle part with two separate book blocks lying one on top of the other – printed on blue and yellow paper – documents the two lectures that John Bock gave in the exhibition space. Jens Hoffmann, who curated the exhibition together with Claire Fitzsimmons, wrote the introductory text
