Jazz by Henri Matisse is definitely one the very most beautiful artist’s book published during the 20th century: In agreement with the Matisse Foundation, and in accordance with the original edition, this handsome edition of “Jazz” consists of 38 folios, stored in a canvas box. Included also is a small volume of 48 pages is inserted in the box. Fine VERY LARGE facsimile production of the original livre d’artiste 1947 Verve edition. This reprint was also published in a British edition but this French is just more sexy!
