Rare version of Cirque, Leger’s master graphic work, originally a compendium of 34 color lithographs and 29 in black- in this version with one on the cover in color and 3 in in black and white. The text is Léger’s own, here in a German translation. Leger authorized this edition and the book was done with hium, and Teriade and Marguerite Lang at Mourlot Freres for Edition Verve, Paris 5.
